We do not offer preferences on our Mixed Cut Boxes. The 20 lb. box contains approximately 6 pounds of ground beef, 8 lbs. of mid-range cuts, and 6 lbs. of our premium cuts. The 40 lb. box contains approximately 12 lbs. of ground beef, 16 lbs. of mid-range cuts, and 12 lbs. of our premium cuts.
